Named after animals native to my forest home, Trout and Hawk is a picture-driven recipe book, an archive of family tradition and a collection of successful experiments curated through exploring new flavours hidden in simple combinations. 

Inspired by travels abroad and beautiful gardens and farms, I read cookbooks like novels at night before I wake up and venture into the wilderness in search of the next flying fish..
