buckwheat and berry smoothie

200ml almond milk
1/4 cup buckwheat , soaked in the almond milk for at least 30 minutes
1 ripe banana
finely grated zest of 1/4 lemon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons berries fresh or frozen(strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)

Blend and enjoy!
